U.S.S.R.: This Saturday, while Soviet President Gorbachev is in Washington (A1), a group of Cal State Fullerton students, faculty and alumni will be heading for Moscow to start a cultural exchange. . . . If the university’s Dance Repertory Theater returns to Moscow later this year, its members might stay at a locally managed hotel. Irvine-based Americom International Corp. is involved in a joint venture with the Soviets to run the 430-room Radisson Slavjanskaya Hotel, the country’s first such U.S.-operated facility, due open in December.
