Shareholder Sues Adobe Systems: The class-action lawsuit against Adobe Systems contends that the computer software maker failed to comply fully with securities regulations. Adobe stock fell 33%, or $16.25 per share, to $34.25 on Friday after the company said earnings for the present quarter would probably be much lower than previously expected. The company said the suit, filed in U.S. District Court, was “without merit.”
