Kenneth Kurek has been appointed president of Charter Commercial Brokerage Co. Kurek opened Charter’s Newport Beach office in 1984 and had been regional manager. As president, he will be responsible for the company’s four California offices and a Dallas office. Also, David P. Rose has been named vice president/regional sales manager of the Newport Beach office. Before joining Charter in 1986, he was with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management.
