Cal State Northridge junior Bob Burns shot a final-round 75 to earn medalist honors in the NCAA Division II golf championships at Jupiter, Fla. He finished with a 288, the only player to match par over four rounds on the 6,850-yard course. Florida Southern won the team title with 1,170, 26 strokes ahead of Columbus College of Georgia. Northridge was third with 1,198.
