From Times Wire Services
NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau received a 120-day suspended sentence today and a suspended $200 fine after pleading guilty to one count of driving while intoxicated.
Hamilton County Court Judge Harry Sauce also suspended Trudeau’s driver’s license for 30 days and restricted it for 180 days.
Trudeau, 27, of Carmel was arrested early April 10 after a Carmel police officer observed him speeding and driving erratically on U.S. 31 north of Indianapolis. Trudeau’s blood-alcohol content measured 0.19%, nearly twice the legal limit.
