Lodwrick M. (Lod) Cook, chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of ARCO, has been elected to the board of directors of the Hollywood Park Operating Co., which operates Hollywood Park racetrack, according to an announcement by Marjorie L. Everett, the company’s chairman of the board and CEO.
