Lorenzo Romar scored a three-point shot with four seconds left to lead Marathon Oil of Chicago to a 115-114 victory over Houston Continental to win the 10th Annual USA Basketball Invitational Tournament.
It was Marathon’s sixth title in 10 years, with previous wins in 1983, 1984, 1986, 1987 and 1988.
