Linda’s Tunes Up Again: Linda’s, the Melrose Avenue restaurant and jazz room, has reopened. The room was seized by the Internal Revenue Service for nonpayment of taxes and closed on Wednesday, but was back in business by Friday night. Owner Linda Keegan said she was able to find financing to pay a $10,000 tax bill. “I asked my higher power for help,” she quipped, “and I’m thrilled it all worked out.”
