Edward C. Rizzotti has been appointed senior vice president for MagneTek Defense Systems and general manger of MagneTek Anaheim. He was previously vice president, government systems. Before joining MagneTek in 1988, he was with the electronics systems division of the consulting firm of Booz, Allen and Hamilton. In addition, Joseph A. Westrich was named vice president and assistant general manager. He has been with MagneTek for 25 years in various positions.
