Body of Man Found Following Fire
An early morning fire in Pacific Beach was quickly extinguished by San Diego firefighters Saturday, who then discovered the body of a middle-aged man in the gutted apartment.
A county coroner’s office spokesman said that the man, estimated at between 30 and 50 years of age, had not been identified late Saturday.
San Diego Fire Department arson investigators are looking into the cause of the fire at 2303 Grand Ave.
