THOUSAND OAKS : Council OKs Land Exchange Proposal

The Thousand Oaks City Council on Tuesday night approved a plan that will allow a developer to build on 20 acres of vacant land in MGM Ranch in return for a new high school.
Ranch developers Shapell Industries will build the school on a site it originally planned to use for an industrial complex. The complex will now be built on a portion of the 20 acres.
