LAGUNA HILLS : New Social Service Office Is Opened
A new South County office of the Social Services Agency has opened to provide assistance through the Aid to Families with Dependent Children, food stamp and Medi-Cal programs.
The new office will serve El Toro, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Trabuco Canyon, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Clemente and Emerald Bay.
Services provided by the San Juan Capistrano Social Services Agency office will be transferred to the new office.
The new office, at 25292 McIntyre Road in Laguna Hills, will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applications for aid are accepted only between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. For information, call 587-8543.
