Trump Shuttle, Pilots Sign Contract: The Air Line Pilots Assn. International and the Trump Shuttle signed a 48-month contract. Ratified by the pilots union Feb. 24, it is retroactive to July, 1989, and will expire July 2, 1993. Company executives said it provides for wage increases for all 227 Trump Shuttle pilots and gives the fledgling airline the opportunity to use aircraft and crews more efficiently and productively. The contract also eliminates the two-tier wage scale for Trump Shuttle pilots.
