A report reevaluating county government support of the arts will be completed April 2 instead of March 1 as previously announced, a county official said Wednesday. Stephen Blanchard, an aide to Supervisor Thomas F. Riley, said that completion of the report, being compiled by the county administrative office, has been delayed in part because the Committee to Form an Orange County Arts Council, a private grass-roots group, requested more time to draft recommendations for a countywide arts council.
