Tracy Caulkins, who won three gold medals in swimming at the 1984 Olympics, announced her engagement to Australian swimmer Mark Stockwell. They plan to marry in April, 1991. The couple met at the ’84 Games in Los Angeles, where Stockwell won two silver medals and one bronze.
