L.A. Partnership Sells Hawaiian Bank: WSGP International Inc., a Los Angeles investment partnership founded by former Treasury Secretary William E. Simon and Los Angeles lawyer Gerald Parsky, agreed to sell First Interstate of Hawaii to First Hawaiian Inc. for about $120 million. The partnership bought the banking company for less than half that amount earlier this year.
