The sentencing of John L. Molinaro and Donald P. Mangano Sr., convicted of more than 30 counts of bank fraud and conspiracy concerning now-defunct Ramona Savings & Loan in Santa Ana, was delayed Monday and rescheduled for Feb. 13 . . . Virgin Atlantic Airways announced that it is introducing completely nonsmoking flights between New York and London starting May 18.
