Santa Paula Savings to Close 3 Branch Offices

Santa Paula Savings and Loan Assn., the oldest such business in Ventura County, will eliminate nine jobs and close three small offices, merging them with existing branches.
“These are smaller offices where, over a period of time, we’ve seen that we’re duplicating the same services in the same area,” said Bill Campbell, president and chief executive officer.
After business hours on March 17, offices at 620 W. Harvard Blvd. in Santa Paula, 3130 Telegraph Road in Ventura and 373 Carmen Drive in Camarillo will be closed. Accounts will automatically be transferred to other branches in the same city.
