Bugle Boy Industries Sued For Breach of Contract
Bugle Boy Industries Inc., the Simi Valley-based clothing company, was sued by a garment maker seeking $20 million in damages plus attorneys’ fees. The manufacturer, Winer Industries Inc. of New Jersey, claims Bugle Boy breached a license agreement under which Winer was to design, manufacture and sell a line of Bugle Boy clothes.
