High on Office Space: Orange County has more office space than Phoenix. More than Baltimore. And more than San Diego.
The county’s office workers probably won’t be too surprised. It’s an astonishing fact to most of the rest of us, though, especially since by far the vast majority of the space has come in the past 20 years.
The figures are commercial broker Coldwell Banker’s. They show Orange County as the 15th largest office market in the nation with 45 million square feet as of the middle of the year.
