If employers continue to ignore the growing needs of the family, the children will ultimately suffer. Our society is far too advanced to allow something as important as child care to become a major issue of sexism. Fathers share in the process of creating the child and therefore have every right to be expected to care for the child. Perhaps if large companies would look deeper into the needs of their employees, it would save time and money for both.
