Robert R. Garland has been named group managing partner for the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche Southern California practice. Keith W. Renken has been named chairman of the executive committee. Garland previously was office managing partner for the Greater Los Angeles practice of Touche Ross. Renken previously was area managing partner of Southern California for Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
