The UCLA basketball team will play the Australian national team in a exhibition game tonight at 7:30 at Pauley Pavilion.
The game will be the Bruins’ last exhibition before their regular-season opener against Santa Clara Saturday night at Pauley Pavilion.
The Aussies have a 4-6 record during a U.S. tour, including a 70-61 victory over Arizona Nov. 9 in which Arizona Coach Lute Olson used his regulars sparingly.
Aussie guard Philip Smyth, 31, scored 24 points against the Wildcats, making six of 12 three-point shots, and forward Andrew Gaze, who played last season at Seton Hall, scored 19.
