IBM and MCA Inc. said they completed the previously reported sale of their equally-owned joint venture, Discovision Associates, to U.S. subsidiaries of Pioneer Electronic Corp. of Japan for about $200 million . . . Winchell’s Donut Houses L.P., the nation’s No. 2 doughnut chain, said its $40-million sale to Canada’s Shato Holdings Ltd. has been completed . . . The Federal Reserve reported that the average yield for one-year T-bills fell to 7.71% last week, down from 7.87% the week before.
