The dumbing down of The Times: We did it with our textbooks in California schools and we all know what the results have been.
C’mon management, confess. Your orange and black announcement accompanying my Oct. 11 newspaper was a Halloween prank, albeit a little early, correct?
Your directions and explanation looked like directions and explanations in the 3rd grade workbooks. Faster-format? Is that like faster-food?
My morning Times was a challenging, stimulating entry into the day; a nourishing, healthy breakfast with lots to chew on. You’ve just reduced it to junk food. For shame!
