5 Children, 2 Adults Die in Philadelphia House Fire

PHILADELPHIA — Five children and two adults died as fire swept through a row house Tuesday, authorities said. Neighbors and police officers trying to rescue the occupants were driven back by smoke and flames. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
