Former KCBS and KCOP reporter Miriam Hernandez has joined “USA Today on TV” as a Washington-based correspondent, covering the nation’s capital and surrounding states. Hernandez also has reported for Channel 39 in San Diego and in St. Louis. “USA Today on TV” is carried locally by Channel 4 at 11 a.m. and 3:30 a.m.
