Westchester 27, El Camino Real 7--Westchester (2-1) scored 19 first-quarter points in just six plays at El Camino Real.
Westchester quarterback Brad Freeman tossed a 63-yard scoring pass to Nate Bradley and connected with Darren Johnson for 65 yards to set up Tim Holliday’s 17-yard touchdown run. Three plays later, Johnson recovered a Jamal Anderson fumble and returned it 37 yards for the Comets’ third score.
Running backs Lejon Carr (45 yards) and Anderson (48 yards) combined for all but one of the total yards for the Conquistadores (1-1). Carr scored on an eight-yard run in the third quarter.
