Construction was recently topped out on the 15-story office tower that will serve as Western Digital Corp.’s international headquarters when it is completed next year. More than 1,000 employees of the computer products manufacturer will be housed in the new building located in Irvine Spectrum, a 2,600-acre center for research, technology and business under development by the Irvine Co.
