Fullerton : City to Sponsor Booth at Trade Fair in Japan

Fullerton has decided to set up a booth to promote the city during a November trade fair in Fukui, Japan, city officials have announced.
The Fullerton booth at the Fukui trade fair will include a video narrated in Japanese, photographs and information about the city, and perhaps sample products from Fullerton manufacturers.
The City Council unanimously agreed earlier this week to send the display materials to Fukui and create a formal sister-city relationship. The council budgeted up to $15,000 for sister-city activities.
Fukui joins Morelia, Mexico, as Fullerton’s other sister city.
For the past few years, groups in Fullerton and Fukui have participated in student exchanges and visits, and Fukui then asked Fullerton to become its sister city.
