California-based trainer Charlie Whittingham, who has won two Arlington Millions, with Perrault in 1982 and Estrapade in 1986, might have two chances for a third win in the Million here Sunday.

He is scheduled to saddle both Nasr el Arab and Frankly Perfect, but the latter’s training has been compromised by a cough and a high temperature since he arrived here last Monday. Whittingham said Friday there was a 20% chance that the horse would be scratched.

Here’s the Million lineup, including jockeys and odds, starting at the rail:

El Senor, Herb McCauley, 6-1; Nasr el Arab, Pat Valenzuela, 4-1; Lady in Silver, Laffit Pincay, 20-1; Steinlen, Jose Santos, 7-2; Kefaah, Ray Cochrane, 15-1; Yankee Affair, Pat Day, 20-1; Great Communicator, Ray Sibille, 8-1; Shady Heights, Willie Carson, 20-1; Fijar Tango, Angel Cordero, 6-1; River Warden, Steve Cauthen, 4-1; Pay the Butler, Robbie Davis, 30-1; Frosty the Snowman, Jorge Velasquez, 8-1; Pleasant Variety, Fernando Toro, 30-1, and Frankly Perfect, Eddie Delahoussaye, 10-1.
