Actor Peter Strauss will emcee the 13th Annual Nissan FOCUS (Films of College and University Students) Awards ceremony tonight at the Directors Guild of America Theater in Hollywood. This year’s winners are from USC, UCLA, New York University, Columbia University, AFI, University of Colorado, De Anza Community College, CalArts, San Diego State and Harvard University. FOCUS is the country’s largest student film-making and screenwriting competition. More than $100,000 in cash and automobiles will be awarded.
