Suharto Due in Moscow

JAKARTA, Indoneasia — President Suharto will travel to the Soviet Union in September for his first visit to Moscow since taking power more than two decades ago, the Indonesian government announced Wednesday. Talks between Suharto and Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev are scheduled for Sept. 11-12 in the Kremlin.
