And at KNBC, weatherman Fritz Coleman will host a regular comedy/variety show every Saturday night beginning Sept. 30. “It’z Fritz,” a one-hour show featuring stand-up comedians, improvisations, sketches and musical acts, will air each week at 1 a.m. following NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” which also premieres this season on the final day of September. Coleman, who moonlights as a comedian in local clubs, hosted four similar specials for Channel 4 earlier this year.
