Commercial Scene : Brookstone Development Buys Lake Elsinore Land
Brookstone Development has purchased a 4.7-acre site at Central and Collier avenues in the city of Lake Elsinore from Larmor Development.
The $900,000-sale was negotiated for both parties by Carl Valente Inc., which also has the exclusive listing for the commercial/industrial buildings planned for the site by Brookstone Development.
