L.A. Senior Bowl Set for Tonight
The 13th Annual Los Angeles Prep Senior Bowl, involving 78 football players from the greater Los Angeles area, will be played tonight at Santa Monica College at 7:30.
The South-West team will be led by the University of Washington-bound Beno Bryant of Dorsey, the state 400-meter champion.
The North-East team, which has won three of the last five games, will be coached by Gary Cordray, who led South Gate to the City 3-A title last season.
All proceeds will go to the Optimist Homes for Boys and Santa Monica Community Activities.
