Newport Beach : Chamber Schedules a Strategy Session

Several elected officials in the city are expected to attend a “planning and strategy session” on Aug. 4 sponsored by the government affairs division of the Newport Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting, which will feature a discussion of a wide range of projects involving the Newport Beach area, will be at 7:30 a.m. at the Balboa Bay Club, 1221 W. Coast Highway. The event is open to all chamber members, and the cost is $12.50 per person, which includes breakfast.
“This will be a round-table discussion with input from our elected officials regarding planning and implementing of future meetings, programs, projects, events and activities,” a spokesman for the chamber said.
Participants will include James Dale, president of the chamber’s government affairs division, and various committee chairmen of the chamber.
