Judge Allows Lawsuit Against Kraft: A Kraft attorney said the company’s botched “Ready to Roll” promotional game was just an innocent mistake, but Circuit Judge Kenneth Gillis ruled in Chicago that the estimated 20,000 winners are entitled to seek relief in a class-action lawsuit.
