The first building of the East Hills Office Park, next to the Riverside Freeway, was completed in September, 1988, and is 54% leased. Plans call for construction on a second three-story building to begin in the fall. The office park is near the 200-acre Savi Ranch Business Park, another development by Hillman Properties.
