Marriott Family Restaurants Inc. has signed a $2.01-million, 25-year lease for a 5,891-square-foot Allie’s Restaurant to open early next year in North County Plaza, Carlsbad. John Burnham & Co. Commercial Real Estate represented the lessor, Hughes North County Associates, Newport Beach. Scher-Voit Real Estate, La Jolla, represented Marriott.
