David Bowie, who played a “surprise” concert for 1,000 people Wednesday at the World Club in New York with his new Tin Machine band, has scheduled another hit-and-run show for tonight at the Roxy in West Hollywood, a source said Thursday. A Bowie representative said there are no plans for a regular tour at this time, though the band has reportedly expressed interest in playing more club-size venues in the future.
