Tap dancers Linda Sohl-Donnell and Fred Strickler will reunite for the first time in four years for a “Salute to Fred Astaire” at the downtown Orpheum Movie Palace next Thursday.
The duo will offer a program including “Boogie” and “There’ll Never Be Another You.” Scheduled to start at 8 p.m., the tribute program will include film clips from Astaire’s first film, “Dancing Lady,” featuring actress Joan Crawford, plus a rare screening of the 1955 musical “Daddy Long Legs.”
