Vietnamese Minister Plans Europe Visits

BANGKOK, Thailand — Vietnam, a main player in the diplomatic effort to find a solution to the Cambodian war, will soon send Foreign Minister Nguyen Co Thach to France, Austria and Sweden, Hanoi Radio said Friday.
France is organizing negotiations between warring factions for late July and an international conference on Cambodia in August.
