Fire Rocks Chemical Plant

MORRIS, Ill. — An explosion and fire rocked a chemical plant, injuring four workers and forcing the evacuation of about 100 homes, authorities said. The blast Wednesday set an eight-story propylene container tower ablaze in a 400-acre complex about 55 miles southwest of Chicago.
