Nu-Med Completes Sale of 3 Service Subsidiaries

Nu-Med said it finished selling three of its health care service subsidiaries to a new company formed by Kidd Kamm & Co., a Beverly Hills investment group. According to an earlier filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Nu-Med was to receive $45 million in cash.
The sale includes NSI Services, which provides skilled nursing services to hospitals; Home X-Ray Services of America, a mobile X-ray service, and National Healthcare Review, a consulting service. The annual revenue of the three units is about $74 million.
