Huntington Beach : Male Hitchhiker Sought in Theft of Woman’s Car

A hitchhiker who had been offered a ride later forced the female driver out of her car and stole her 1989 red Honda Accord, Huntington Beach police said Sunday.
The unidentified 19-year-old woman told police she offered a ride to a man in Cypress. She drove him to Huntington Beach near Viewpoint Lane and Terry Drive.
About 4:40 p.m., he forced her from the car with his hands and feet and drove off.
The suspect is described as white, 6 feet tall, about 190 pounds and about 20 years old. He said his name is Bill.
