Commercial Scene : Manufacturing Space Purchased in Fullerton
Burnett-Ehline Development Co., Anaheim, has purchased 68,960 square feet of manufacturing space at 1900 E. Orangethorpe Ave., Fullerton, from Robert K. Maize and James W. Maize of San Jose for $3.6 million.
The Santa Ana office of Coldwell Banker represented both parties in the $3.6-million transaction.
