Commercial Scene : Anaheim Hospital Buys Land for Outpatient Office
In a transaction valued at $4.15 million, Anaheim Memorial Hospital has purchased 6.02 acres of land on Weir Canyon Road at Santa Ana Canyon Road, Anaheim, from Hutton Development Co., Santa Ana.
Grubb & Ellis represented Hutton and Coldwell Banker represented the hospital. The land will be used to construct a medical/surgical outpatient office.
