An $8-million, build-to-suit headquarters for Western Data Systems is being constructed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in its new 62-acre Lost Hills Business Center in Calabasas.
Oltmans Construction Co. is building the two-story, 34,155-square-foot office building on nearly 2 acres. The Faulkner Co. represented Western Data in the 10-year transaction, and Grubb & Ellis represented Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.
