San Clemente Business Center Sales at 75%
Two new industrial projects in the master-planned Rancho San Clemente community have surpassed all occupancy and sales expectations only 10 months after completion.
Rancho San Clemente Business Center by Ferguson Partners of Irvine has passed the 90% leasing mark, while 75% of the space available for sale in Rancho San Clemente Technology Center has been purchased, according to Christopher B. Mahon, president of Ferguson Partners Asset Management.
The leases and sales to date represent a total aggregate value of more than $8 million.
